Exchanges/Returns
Most items can be exchanged for another product or for store credit within 14 days of receipt, if item(s) is unworn and tag is still attached.  Sale, "Hot & Single" and intimate items are final sale.  To request an exchange or return of an item bought online, please email info@shopbga.com.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping
Items that are ready to ship will ship ASAP, within 3 business days.  All packages will be shipped First Class, unless they weigh more and require Priority.  
Items that are listed as pre-order will also be shipped ASAP, as soon as they are received by B:GA, within 3 business days. Estimated ship times can be found on item post.

Lost/Stolen Packages
You are responsible for entering correct shipping address at checkout.  Shipping labels are automatically printed with this information.  If packages are returned to BGA, they will be subject to additional shipping fee.  Please make sure that you are shipping to a secure location.  We are not responsible for stolen packages.  Once packaged, you will receive an email with tracking information.  Once packages have been picked up, we will do our best to help track if necessary, but are not responsible for delays or loss.  Please contact USPS with tracking information.
